Heavy rain and strong winds forced many flights to change direction

Nine flights arriving at Noi Bai had to divert to alternate airports and three flights departing from Noi Bai had to temporarily stop waiting for weather conditions to ensure safety for departure. It is known that the minimum visibility for takeoff is usually 1,500 meters in good weather conditions.

At present, the weather has improved, winds have decreased, visibility has increased again, and flights are operating normally.
