In 2020, the maximum salary of a real estate CEO in the South was even up to 943 million VND/month. While in the North it was 700 million VND/month. Thus, the maximum salary for the position of CEO in the real estate industry has been halved after 2 years.

In the Business Development - Project Development department of real estate companies, the salary of Director/Department Head in 2021 is 70 - 300 million VND/month.

The salary of a director/department head in 2021 was 75 - 200 million VND/month. Over the past year, this salary in Hanoi has decreased to 60 - 100 million VND/month and in Ho Chi Minh City it is 50 - 90 million VND/month.
