Many passengers sat waiting inside Terminal 1 for their first flight of the new year on the morning of the third day of Tet (Lunar New Year).

Arriving at Terminal 3 of the domestic airport early, Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Han (from Gia Lai province) said that she had a flight home to reunite with her family on the third day of Tet (Lunar New Year). “I proactively came to the airport early because I thought the peak period after Tet would be very crowded. Although the number of passengers is quite large, the check-in and screening areas are still moving smoothly, not too stressful. I just hope my flight is on time so I can get home to reunite with my family during Tet 2026,” Ms. Han added.
