Increasing the number of enterprises entering the market by at least 10% is one of the specific goals set by the province in the plan to implement Resolution No. 02 of the Government on key tasks and solutions to improve the business environment and enhance national competitiveness by 2024.
Accordingly, the province also sets the target of: improving scores and rankings of indicators such as the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI), the Administrative Reform Index (PAR INDEX); effectively implementing the Project on assessing the competitiveness of departments, branches and localities (DDCI) of Long An province in 2024; maintaining the rate of online business registration at 100%; at the same time, striving for the number of enterprises entering the market to increase by at least 10% in 2024 and the number of enterprises withdrawing from the market to increase by less than 10% compared to 2023.
To achieve the above goals, the province has set out key tasks and solutions such as: Removing legal inadequacies in the implementation of investment projects; Improving the quality of reforming the list of conditional investment and business sectors and business conditions; Increasing the ability to access and absorb capital for enterprises; At the same time, perfecting policies to promote enterprises to invest, produce and do business associated with innovation, digital transformation, green transformation, towards sustainable development./.
