5 urban pillars integrated in a seamless journey
The development of modern urban areas shows a clear trend: residents do not just look for a place to live, but also need an ecosystem that simultaneously meets the needs of living - working - studying - entertainment - shopping. At Nam Long Journey 2025, this model is recreated into a seamless and creative experience journey, helping visitors "step in" and clearly feel the rhythm of life in Nam Long's integrated urban areas.

Nam Long Journey 2025 recreates an integrated urban model through a visual experience, where visitors can walk through each pillar of modern life.
The LIVE area offers a display space simulating the landscape, utilities and typical operating structures of the cluster of 4 prominent urban areas including Waterpoint (Ben Luc, Tay Ninh); Mizuki Park (South Saigon); Izumi City ( Dong Nai ) and Elyse Island (Dong Nai). This area not only introduces each project individually but also aims to demonstrate the overall planning standards and large-scale urban development strategy of Nam Long. Next, WORK is presented through the Partner - HR area, which introduces the business network, flexible working models and close-knit professional communities, reflecting the increasingly important trend in integrated urban areas.
At the same time, LEARN – PLAY – SHOP is integrated through Terrarium workshops and interactive activities throughout the event series. The most prominent is the Immersive Room – where attendees can "play" with technology through touch screens and 360° simulation effects, while "learning" about urban structure, utilities and planning through visual images. VR technology takes users on virtual tours through the streets, central parks or subdivisions of each project, helping customers understand how educational , entertainment and shopping facilities are integrated so that residents can access essential needs within the closest range.
The seamlessness between these areas provides a visual glimpse into how an integrated city is structured: multifunctional, reducing dependence on mobility and supporting residents' lives in a convenient and stable manner.
Integrated urban trends: solutions to the problem of time and quality of life
The growing interest in the LIVE–WORK–PLAY–LEARN–SHOP model shows that the demand for urban living is changing towards a more practical and experience-oriented approach. In the context of increasing urbanization, limited time and the increasing need for work-family balance, environments that can meet multiple needs at the same time in a unified space are becoming the preferred choice. When living, studying, working and daily amenities are integrated, residents can reduce travel time and make more effective use of their time for family and themselves.

Nam Long Journey 2025 offers a clear view of how the urban pillars combine to create a modern living environment.
At Nam Long Journey, simulation technology is used as a visual tool for participants to observe how a city is organized and operated according to the integrated principle. From master planning, utilities, infrastructure to how residents enjoy, all elements are presented in the form of visual simulations, helping participants to better visualize the multi-functional urban model.

The experience corner brings a sense of peace typical of Mizuki Park.
Nam Long Journey 2025 therefore does not stop at introducing the project, but also acts as a space for investors and future residents to observe and understand how urban elements can combine together to create a living environment suitable for modern residential needs.
The event will take place from December 5-7, 2025 at Thisky Hall - Sala Convention Center (10 Mai Chi Tho, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
