The leaders of Hon Dat High School in An Giang province have just sent a report to the provincial Department of Education and Training about a clip of school violence spreading on social media involving students of the school.
Specifically, before that, social networks spread a clip about 1 minute long recording the scene of a male student being threatened, cursed and forced to put sanitary napkins in his mouth by a group of friends. This offensive behavior made many people angry.

According to the school's report, after determining that the above clip was related to a 10th grade student of the school, the school contacted VXH - the 10th grade student who was assaulted to listen to her account of the incident.
At the same time, on November 24, the principal of Hon Dat High School invited two male students who assaulted student XH, QH and QD (both in 10th grade), to come to work and report. Both students QH and QD admitted to all their actions.
Specifically, on the afternoon of November 22, QH and QD, along with several other students, blocked VXH's path on Highway 80. This group blocked the car, beat H., then used a knife to force the victim to run into a deserted canal to continue the assault.
Here, QH and QD used helmets and hands to hit H. on the head. Then, D. filmed the clip while putting a sanitary napkin in the victim's mouth.
Realizing that the case had signs of criminality and was beyond its jurisdiction, the school transferred the file and requested the commune police to intervene.
The school board said that they have coordinated with the homeroom teacher and parents to encourage VXH so that he can stabilize his studies. As for the students involved, the school will temporarily allow them to return to school as usual and will handle the matter according to the results of the police investigation.
