11th grade male student stabbed his friend: School awaits police's conclusion

Regarding the case of an 11th grade male student in Vinh Long who used a knife to stab a classmate after a traffic accident, the school principal said that the student had just transferred to the school at the beginning of the school year.

On the afternoon of September 11, discussing the above incident, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Khuong, Principal of Luu Van Liet High School (Ward 1, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long), said that after the incident, the school leaders visited PQA. Meanwhile, THH had just been transferred to this school to study grade 11 at the beginning of the 2020-2021 school year.

According to Mr. Khuong, in the previous school year, H. studied at another school and had good conduct and average academic performance. It has been 2 days since the incident, but H. has not gone to school and has not asked for permission. The school has notified the family and is waiting for the police to conclude before taking the next steps.

As Thanh Nien reported, at noon on September 9, after school, THH (11th grade student, Luu Van Liet High School) drove home and collided with PQA's (12th grade student at the same school) car. After that, A. drove home for a while and was chased by another male student carrying H., who blocked the car. A. tried to accelerate and run away, but H. stabbed him once in the back with a knife, causing him to bleed profusely. However, A. still tried to drive himself to the hospital for emergency treatment, while H. went home after stabbing his friend.

Vinh Long City Police have received the case and are waiting for injury assessment to continue investigating.
