The cause of the rain is the influence of cold air and strong easterly winds, interacting with the terrain of the provinces and cities. In 2 days, the average rainfall will be from 50-100 mm, with some places experiencing very heavy rain of over 200 mm. The hydrometeorological agency warns of the risk of heavy rain of over 100 mm within 3 hours.
