Improve the quality and efficiency of consulting and office work services

On the afternoon of December 9, the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee Office held a conference to sign coordination regulations to contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of advisory work, serving the activities of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and the Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing members of the Provincial People's Council, the leaders of the People's Committee, and the leaders of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, contributing to improving the quality of activities of the provincial political system.

Accordingly, the 3 offices discussed and signed a coordination charter with the following contents: Advising on the organization of conferences, meetings, sessions, working sessions of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and provincial leaders; Appraising and examining draft resolutions, projects, programs, plans, reports, and other important documents of the province; Exchanging and processing information, providing documents for advisory work; Building, updating and synthesizing the work program of the provincial leaders; Meeting with voters, urging the settlement of voters' opinions and recommendations; Receiving citizens, receiving and handling complaints and denunciations of organizations and individuals; Serving business trips, internal and external activities of provincial leaders; Informing, propagating, speaking and providing information to media and press agencies; Administrative reform, digital transformation and application of information technology in operations and some other contents in management, use of assets and means; training, fostering, experience exchange; organization of political and social activities, emulation movements; reception, ceremony, logistics for events and activities of provincial leaders.

The Provincial Party Committee Office leaders approved the Coordination Regulations.

The three offices also set out the responsibilities of the organization and implementation during the implementation process to ensure unity, timeliness, strictness, quality and efficiency; promote administrative reform, in accordance with the functions, tasks and regulations of the Party and the laws of the State; maintain principles, working style, discipline and order in coordination activities; promote the responsibility of the presiding agency, coordinating agency; agency leaders and civil servants and employees participating in coordination.

The Provincial Party Committee Office, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee Office signed the coordination regulations.
