Improving state management in the education sector

To improve the professional capacity and expertise of the staff and workers, the City Department of Education and Training has just organized a training conference on state management associated with decentralization, delegation of authority and related professional expertise in the field of education and training for key staff, civil servants and public employees at the commune level.

The training objective is to help grassroots cadres master new legal documents such as the Law on Teachers, the Law on Education , and the Law on Civil Servants, while improving their professional and technical capacity to effectively carry out tasks related to policies and developing the teaching staff in the context of the city operating a two-level local government model.

The staff and workers were trained to implement 4 key topics including: Policy system for teachers, managers and employees in the education sector in the 2-level government model; functions and tasks of departments, People's Committees of communes, wards and educational institutions in policy work and staff development; enhancing professional capacity for commune-level civil servants in the field of education and training; discussing and solving difficulties and problems from practical implementation in localities...
