
On the morning of January 20th, the City Women's Union coordinated a meeting to review the activities of entrusted lending to poor households and other policy beneficiaries; summarize the activities of the TYM One-Member Limited Liability Microfinance Organization in Hai Phong in 2025, and implement tasks for 2026.

By the end of 2025, the total outstanding entrusted loans managed by the City Women's Union will reach VND 6,521 billion, an increase of VND 1,057 billion compared to 2024, representing a loan growth rate of 19.3%.
Across the city, more than 92,700 households have borrowed capital through 2,326 savings and loan groups, accounting for nearly 48% of the total outstanding social policy credit in the area. The average outstanding loan is over 70 million VND per household.
The overdue loan rate was 0.05%, the lowest among entrusted socio -political organizations. Notably, 59 units had no overdue loans. Efforts to mobilize savings through savings and loan groups were intensified, with over 98,300 customers participating and a total savings balance of 275.5 billion VND.

Also in 2025, the TYM (Tinh Thuong Microfinance Limited Company), under the Vietnam Women's Union, implemented its operations in 83 out of 114 communes, wards, and special zones in Hai Phong, attracting nearly 18,000 customers, exceeding the set plan. TYM Hai Phong provided capital support to nearly 9,000 households with a total loan amount of over 424.7 billion VND.
TYM's savings activities continued to grow strongly, with a total balance of over 162 billion VND, an increase of more than 37% compared to 2024. TYM Hai Phong actively implemented many social welfare activities such as giving gifts to poor women, families entitled to preferential policies, and supporting students in difficult circumstances...

In 2026, the policy credit delegation work will focus on promoting the dissemination of new credit policies, encouraging borrowers and members to participate in savings, and striving for each savings and loan group to increase household savings mobilization by 30 million VND compared to 2025.
The various levels of the association proactively advise on reviewing and ensuring the correct beneficiaries are identified, coordinating the handling and recovery of overdue debts, and limiting the 발생 of new debts; focusing on training and professional development for staff and promoting the application of digital transformation in the management and transactions of policy credit.

Regarding TYM Hai Phong's activities, in 2026, all levels of the association will strengthen propaganda and mobilization efforts to encourage members and women to access suitable microfinance products and services; coordinate to expand the scale of operations in communes and wards that have not yet implemented TYM, striving to implement TYM activities in at least 18 new units.
