Improve skills, expertise and professionalism for propaganda and mass mobilization staff

The conference was connected to more than 2,700 points across the country, with the participation of more than 20,000 delegates who are officials and civil servants working as consultants for Party committees on science and education work from the central to local levels.

The conference disseminated the Party and State's new viewpoints, guidelines, policies and strategies on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, national digital transformation; education and training; and people's health care to Party committees and staff members on science and education work nationwide. The focus was on the Party's new policies on science and education and the tasks of advising on implementation by the propaganda and mass mobilization sector.

In addition, the orientation of key tasks and main solutions to advise on the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation; Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW, dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development; Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW, dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care, and improvement of people's health.

Speaking at the conference, Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission Trinh Van Quyet emphasized: Science and education is an important field, playing a key role in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. In recent years, especially after the 13th National Party Congress, the field of science and education has achieved many very important results, contributing directly to strengthening and growing the economy , developing society, improving people's lives, and consolidating people's trust in the Party and the State.

In the context of the country entering a new period of development, through the training conference, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Trinh Van Quyet hopes that cadres working in science and education at all levels must deeply imbue the Party's new policies and guidelines in the fields of: Education and Training; science and technology, innovation, digital transformation; healthcare... to concretize the Party's Resolutions and Directives, serve the work of close-to-practice consultation and have a highly effective vision, create unity in perception and action, promote the strength of the entire political system, mobilize social resources for science and education development. At the same time, improve awareness, skills, leadership methods, direction, expertise and professionalism of the team of propaganda and mass mobilization cadres advising on the field of science and education.
