
Attending the opening ceremony were leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; leaders of Lao Cai Ward People's Committee and 40 students who are business households and residents at tourist destinations.

During the 2 days, students were provided with the latest knowledge on the application trends of Industry 4.0 in tourism development in the world by experts in business administration and marketing from Dai Nam University (Hanoi), such as: Consumer behavior on online platforms; tourism product design - positioning the difference; pricing strategy in tourism business; distribution strategy and online sales channel management; online sales promotion... The topics are built to be close and easy to apply, helping students to apply them immediately to their actual business activities.


According to the plan, Lao Cai ward will organize 2 training classes for 80 students to participate.
The courses are organized to help households doing business and trading at tourist destinations improve their skills, grasp modern trends, especially how to approach and serve customers through the online environment. Thereby, not only helping to increase revenue, expand the market but also contributing to building the image of a civilized and professional tourist destination in the locality.
