Improving capacity to implement social security policies

QTO - On the morning of November 13, Quang Tri Provincial Social Insurance organized a professional training conference for more than 100 commune-level officials, civil servants and public employees.

At the conference, the reporters of the Provincial Social Insurance introduced 5 key contents, including: Professional work in management and development of participants; implementation of social insurance regimes; implementation of health insurance regimes; skills in propaganda, consultation, answering, dialogue on policies and laws on social insurance and health insurance; and professional work in receiving and returning results of administrative procedures on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.

The content is communicated in connection with practical situations at the grassroots level, helping staff grasp the process and gain experience in handling common situations while performing tasks.

Through the conference, the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees at the commune level were strengthened in skills, improved in management capacity and service to the people, contributing to the effective implementation of social security policies, ensuring the rights of social insurance and health insurance participants in the province.
