Improve flexible combat thinking and situation handling ability

Faced with the task of protecting the Fatherland in the new situation, the Army must have a strong political stance, master modern weapons and equipment, flexible combat thinking and the ability to handle situations quickly and accurately. This is an important goal of the training course for all army officers organized by the General Staff at the National Training Center 4.

The opening ceremony on the morning of December 8 was attended and chaired by Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of National Defense . Also attending were Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Quang Ngoc, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of National Defense; Deputy Chiefs of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army: Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia and Lieutenant General Nguyen Ba Luc.

Speaking at the opening of the training course, Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San requested the Organizing Committee to develop a plan and a strict training schedule; for the participating cadres, it is necessary to fully absorb the content, combine learning with self-study, and promote creative thinking. After the training, agencies and units will deploy training for their subordinate units; new content needs to be quickly applied to training, education , and training to achieve high results and consistency throughout the army.

Taking place over nearly a week, the officers participating in the training will be introduced to the system of contents on infantry tactics; military techniques and tactics; formation regulations, troop management regulations; physical education and sports; political education; logistics, engineering; digital transformation; and at the same time visit and demonstrate a number of typical weapons and technical equipment products produced by the defense industry and inspect the planning and progress of the demonstration... Thereby contributing to improving the quality of training, meeting the requirements and training tasks, and being ready to fight in the new situation.
