Monitoring activities aim to ensure that the model operates on target, truly becoming a safe haven for women and children when they need protection; at the same time, strengthen the connection between the Association at all levels and local authorities to improve coordination in prevention, intervention and support for victims of domestic violence.

In November 2025, the Working Group supervised 24 "Trusted Addresses" in hamlets in the Project 8 implementation area. Through monitoring, it was shown that most units made efforts to operate the model proactively and positively; promptly supporting cases of women and children facing risks, domestic violence or needing safe shelter.

Secretary of Dau Nai Hamlet Party Cell, Tri Phai Commune, Tran Van The, hopes to continue to be provided with favorable conditions regarding operating costs.

Representatives of some models said that the effectiveness of their operations was achieved thanks to the close coordination between the government, organizations and the people. Many cases of domestic violence were received and intervened promptly, minimizing the consequences.

Ms. Ho Kim Muoi, President of the Women's Union of Dam Doi Commune, shared: "Thanks to this model, women are bold enough to speak up and seek support channels when facing risks. Since then, the security and order situation in the commune has clearly changed, significantly reducing cases related to domestic violence."

Ms. Ho Kim Muoi, President of the Women's Union of Dam Doi commune, hopes that the Provincial Women's Union will continue to pay attention to organizing training courses so that the models of Trusted Addresses and Community Communication Teams in the locality can increasingly improve their operational efficiency.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Luong The Tran Commune, Bien Thanh Lam, said: “The Trusted Address model has made an important contribution to the work of protecting local women and children. The local government will continue to closely coordinate with the Women's Union in operating the model, ensuring that victims are supported quickly and in accordance with the process.”

In addition to the positive results, the “Trusted Addresses” also reflected some difficulties such as: Model members hold multiple jobs, leading to limited on-duty time; awareness of gender equality among a segment of the population is still uneven; some intervention cases still encounter obstacles due to lack of professional experience. Many units wish to increase skills training, support living equipment and build a mechanism for quick coordination between sectors when handling cases.

Project 8 Management Board presented propaganda materials and gifts including fans, rice cookers, electric stoves and water heaters to "Trusted Addresses".

Comrade Tran Van The, Secretary of the Dau Nai Hamlet Party Cell (Tri Phai Commune), proposed to strengthen communication in the community, especially in ethnic minority areas; train counseling skills and provide psychological support for model members; and at the same time build a quick coordination process between the police, medical stations and organizations in case of emergency.

Ms. To Thi My Thuan, Vice President of the Women's Union of Ca Mau province, said: The monitoring session is not only to evaluate the current status of the model's operations, but more importantly, to listen to difficulties from the grassroots to promptly propose appropriate solutions.

The Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union acknowledged the efforts of the units in operating the model, affirming that "Trusted Address" has been bringing about clear results in the work of preventing domestic violence. The Provincial Women's Union will continue to research, advise and support professional training and perfect the coordination mechanism to help the model promote increasingly sustainable effectiveness.
