Ho Chi Minh City, June 27, 2024 - Thanks to its efforts to build and maintain a fair and attractive human resources policy and a modern working environment, built on a people-centered foundation, Nestlé Vietnam has just been honored as "Enterprise for Employees" in 2024.
On June 25, Nestlé Vietnam was honored in the 2024 “Outstanding Enterprises for Employees” ranking, a program chaired by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , in coordination with the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Vietnam Confederation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). This is also the 5th consecutive time that Nestlé Vietnam has received this title.
Nestlé Vietnam was honored as "Outstanding Enterprise for Employees" for the 5th consecutive time.
This year, after the evaluation steps, the program “Outstanding Enterprises for Workers” has selected 67 enterprises to be honored. According to the organizers, the enterprises honored with their continuous efforts to improve the working environment, care for the interests and improve the material and spiritual life of employees, have welfare regimes higher than the regulations of the State, ensure tax obligations, social insurance, build harmonious and progressive labor relations, aiming for sustainable development in the process of integration and development.
