The Social Policy Bank of Ha Tinh is the best performing unit in Region V.

(Baohatinh.vn) - With outstanding results in implementing policy credit activities in 2025, the Social Policy Bank, Ha Tinh Provincial Branch, was honored as the best unit in Region V.

The leaders of the Vietnam Social Policy Bank recently honored branches with outstanding achievements throughout the system in 2025. Accordingly, the Social Policy Bank branch in Ha Tinh province was recognized as the best performing unit in Region V (comprising 5 provinces: Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Da Nang , Quang Ngai, and Gia Lai).

In 2025, closely following the directives of the Government, the State Bank of Vietnam, and the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies' branch in Ha Tinh province proactively advised local Party committees and authorities at all levels; closely coordinated with entrusted political and social organizations; and accelerated the timely disbursement of loan capital to the right beneficiaries and for the right purposes. This contributed to sustainable poverty reduction, job creation, rural development, and social security in the province.

As of December 31, 2025, the total outstanding debt of policy credit programs of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, Ha Tinh Provincial Branch, reached VND 7,920.7 billion, an increase of VND 724 billion compared to the beginning of the year (a growth rate of 10.06%), with more than 93,000 customers still having outstanding debt.

Last year, the branch achieved 100% of its assigned credit plan targets; credit quality was tightly controlled, and the ratio of overdue and non-performing loans remained low.

Being recognized as the best unit in Region V not only affirms the management, operational, and implementation capabilities of the Social Credit Bank, Ha Tinh Provincial Branch, in implementing social credit policies, but also demonstrates the unit's core role in accompanying local Party committees and authorities in achieving socio-economic development goals, ensuring social security and stability for the people's lives.

The Social Policy Bank branch in Ha Tinh province has effectively implemented policy credit programs, contributing to the promotion of local socio-economic development.

In the coming period, the Social Policy Bank branch in Ha Tinh province will continue to implement comprehensive solutions to improve credit quality; accelerate digital transformation and modernize operations; and focus capital on key and priority credit programs.
