Agribank has just announced the auction of the debt of Dong Duong Real Estate Investment and Development JSC at Agribank Eastern Branch - under Agribank Binh Trieu Branch according to credit contracts signed in 2009 and 2011.
The book value of debt of Dong Duong Real Estate Investment and Development JSC as of November 5, 2025 is more than 460 billion VND. Of which, the principal balance is more than 253 billion VND, interest debt is 207 billion VND.
According to information on assets related to the debt, details of the land use rights mortgage contract between Agribank Eastern Branch and Indochina Real Estate include documents on ownership, use of assets and other accompanying legal documents.
The starting price for the debt auction is VND 414,323 billion, excluding taxes, fees, charges, and value added tax in case the auctioned debt is subject to VAT as prescribed.
Dong Duong Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (Dong Duong Land) was established in 2008, headquartered at 15 Nguyen Luong Bang, Ho Chi Minh City. This enterprise is related to Hoang Quan Real Estate Trading and Services Consulting Joint Stock Company (stock code: HQC) when members of the Board of Directors concurrently hold similar positions at HQC.
Dong Duong Real Estate is also known as the investor of the Vung Tau La ViDa Residences luxury coastal villa project (also known as the Vuon Xuan Luxury Housing Project).
