Agribank - Hoang Mai Branch (Hanoi) is auctioning off collateral assets for loans of BG Taxi Joint Stock Company (BG Taxi). The assets being auctioned are 30 Kia Morning cars.

BG Taxi has voluntarily agreed to hand over its assets to the bank for foreclosure to recover the debt in accordance with the law.

The starting price for the lot of assets is 1.8 billion VND, equivalent to 60 million VND per vehicle.

BG Taxi is a traditional taxi transportation company established in 2007, headquartered in Hanoi. In 2012, the company was suspended from operation by the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Transport (formerly) due to violations in its transportation business activities.

In addition to liquidating BG Taxi's assets, Agribank and its branches are also selling off many other vehicles used as collateral.

Accordingly, Agribank - Tan Dinh Branch (Ho Chi Minh City) announced the auction of a Mitsubishi Pajero GL specialized vehicle, license plate 57L-5834, manufactured in 2008. The starting price for this asset is 80 million VND.

This is a specialized vehicle often chosen by banks to transport cash.

This branch also announced the auction of a Hyundai Santafe specialized vehicle, license plate 51A-524.25, manufactured in 2009, with a starting price of 150 million VND.

In addition to the aforementioned vehicles being offered at low prices, Agribank AMC is also selling a Land Rover passenger car, license plate number 51F-892.57, registered in 2019.

This vehicle is collateral for a debt owed by PGV Investment Co., Ltd. under a credit agreement signed in 2019 between Agribank An Phu Branch and Mr. PVĐ and Ms. Đ.TTT. The starting price for the asset is 2.63 billion VND.

The assets are auctioned as is (including the asset's current condition and legal status), on an "as is" basis.

Bidders inspect the property and determine the quality, quantity, and legal status of the auctioned property based on its current condition.

The successful bidder is responsible for contacting the relevant agencies and units to complete the legal documentation and carry out the procedures for transferring ownership.

By agreeing to participate in the auction, the bidder has inspected the property and accepts its quality, quantity, and legal status as it currently exists, as well as accepting all risks associated with purchasing the auctioned property.

Auction participants are entitled to view the property in person, are solely responsible for its quality and legal status, and agree not to file any complaints after winning the auction.
