As of October 30, 2025, the total state budget revenue of Tay Ninh province reached 43,959 billion VND, equal to 118.1% of the Central Government's estimate and 116.7% of the Provincial People's Council's estimate, an increase of 35.1% over the same period in 2024. Thus, after only 10 months, the province has completed and exceeded the 2025 budget revenue target. Could you please tell us what key factors and solutions have helped Tay Ninh Tax sector achieve and exceed the budget revenue target this year?

Head of Tay Ninh Provincial Tax Department Nguyen Nam Binh : First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the attention and close direction of the Ministry of Finance , the Tax Department, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council and the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province, and the companionship of the business community and the people. This result is the joint effort of the entire political system and the high sense of responsibility of the entire Tax sector. To achieve that result, the Provincial Tax Department has resolutely implemented 7 key groups of solutions:

Firstly, promote administrative reform, modernize tax management, expand electronic tax services, help taxpayers fulfill their obligations quickly and transparently.

Second, strengthen forecasting, analysis, risk management, closely follow production and business developments, proactively prevent revenue loss and transfer pricing in key areas such as large enterprises, real estate transactions, and e-commerce.

Third, review and reclassify taxpayers after administrative mergers, focusing on households and business individuals - the group that accounts for a large proportion of total revenue. In the last two months of the year, the industry is implementing Project 3389 of the Ministry of Finance with the slogan "60 days of action - Substantive transformation - Raising the level of business households to declare, transparently and modernly".

Fourth, strengthen tax inspection and examination work with focus and key points, ensuring discipline and transparency, while supporting businesses to comply with tax obligations.

Fifth, focus on debt management and tax debt enforcement, clearly classify the causes of each debt, and resolutely handle and publicize cases of prolonged procrastination.

Sixth, benefit from the strong recovery of the local economy – when many investment projects, especially in industrial zones, come into operation, expand in scale, and create stable and sustainable sources of income.

Seventh, effectively exploiting land revenue after administrative merger. By October 31, 2025, land use fees will reach VND 11,090.5 billion, accounting for 29.2% of total domestic revenue and increasing by 95.1% over the same period in 2024 - an impressive figure, contributing significantly to the province's overall budget revenue results.

Reporter : According to the draft report of the Central Government, the total budget revenue of Tay Ninh in 2025 is estimated to reach more than 48,600 billion VND, expected to rank 9th in the country in terms of state budget revenue. How do you evaluate this result and the significance of Tay Ninh rising to the group of 10 localities with the highest budget revenue in the country?

This result does not stop at the excellent completion of assigned targets, but it also affirms the remarkable socio-economic development of the province, reflecting the close and timely leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee; the efforts of departments, branches, localities and especially the joint efforts and companionship of the business community.

Being in the top 10 localities nationwide in terms of budget revenue for the first time has affirmed an important thing: "A new Tay Ninh, a new position"; Tay Ninh province - from a locality with many difficulties, has now transformed into a dynamic economic center, making an important contribution to the country's overall revenue.

The above achievements are a great source of encouragement, creating confidence for the whole province to continue to strive to excellently complete the remaining targets and tasks of 2025 and the period of 2026-2030; increased budget revenue is a prerequisite for the province to proactively allocate investment resources for economic infrastructure, social security, education, health care, etc. to improve people's lives and attract more new investors.

Head of Tay Ninh Province Tax Nguyen Nam Binh : Based on the achieved results, Tay Ninh Tax Department determined not to be subjective or dependent, but to continue to strive and resolutely implement the following key orientations and goals:

Firstly, maintain a sustainable tax growth rate, ensure balance between revenue sources, focus on implementing solutions to collect state budget, and strive to exceed the estimate by at least 12% each year.

Second, continue to promote administrative procedure reform and modernize the Tax sector: The goal is to achieve the highest satisfaction of taxpayers and the business community. The Tax sector will focus on accelerating digital transformation, helping taxpayers fulfill their obligations quickly and transparently, reducing compliance costs.

Third, tax management in a sustainable direction, associated with business support. In the coming time, the guiding principle of action throughout Tay Ninh Provincial Tax is: "Accompanying businesses - contributing to creating a favorable and stable production and business environment", focusing on removing difficulties for small and medium enterprises, along with individual businesses and business households in the area.

The Tax Department is well aware that the convenience of enterprises is the foundation for sustainable budget revenue and for the overall development of the whole province.
