Mr. Nguyen Minh Lanh, Head of the Economic Department of Tan Hiep Commune, said: "The Department surveys flooded schools to upgrade yards and fences to minimize the impact on students' learning. At the same time, the Department encourages people to reinforce their houses and barns, protect crops and livestock, and limit damage when heavy rains combined with high tides continue to rise."
