DTO - On November 6, comrade Tran Tri Quang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, together with representatives of the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, provincial departments, branches and leaders of Sa Dec city attended the National Great Unity Day 2023 at Khanh Nghia hamlet, Tan Khanh Dong commune (Sa Dec city).

In 2023, the cadres and people of Khanh Nghia hamlet have strived and united to effectively implement the contents of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas". Thereby, the material and spiritual life of the people has been constantly improved. The whole Khanh Nghia hamlet has 872 households with more than 4,000 people, with an average income per capita of over 70 million VND/year. The rate of workers with regular jobs is 76%.

During the year, 93.8% of households in the hamlet met the cultural family standard, and Khanh Nghia hamlet met the "New Rural Culture" standard for 10 consecutive years. The hamlet mobilized to give over 1,600 gifts to poor, near-poor and disadvantaged households, with a total value of over 308 million VND; to date, the poverty rate in Khanh Nghia hamlet has decreased to 1.2%. Currently, Khanh Nghia hamlet has 19 self-governing People's Groups, regularly coordinating to mobilize and propagate people to implement the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's and local laws; contributing to demonstrating responsibility to the community, promoting the role of autonomy and self-management in protecting security and order in the locality.

Speaking at the Festival, comrade Tran Tri Quang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and commended the achievements of the cadres and people of Khanh Nghia hamlet in the past time. At the same time, he hoped that in the coming time, the Party Cell, the Front Work Committee, the People's Committee of Khanh Nghia hamlet, and socio -political organizations in the hamlet would do a good job of propagating and mobilizing people to implement the key tasks and targets set out in the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels for the 2020-2025 term. Gradually concretize the contents of building a cultural life, new rural areas, and civilized urban areas to become a daily routine in each household, each community and spread throughout society. People in the hamlet compete together to develop the economy, culture and society, and support people in difficulty to stabilize their lives. Continue to promote the self-management role of the people, unite to participate in the activities of the Great Solidarity Day for the community with many practical works and tasks, contributing to creating a living environment and landscape that is "Bright, green, clean, beautiful, and safe".

On this occasion, Comrade Tran Tri Quang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented gifts to 5 outstanding households; Sa Dec City leaders presented many gifts to the Khanh Nghia Hamlet Front Working Committee; Tan Khanh Dong Commune People's Committee presented Certificates of Merit to 32 outstanding cultural households for 3 consecutive years. At the same time, many organizations and individuals contributed funds to build 2 rural bridges, 2 Great Solidarity houses, more than 7 tons of rice and 1 septic tank for households in difficult circumstances in the locality, with a total support value of over 430 million VND.
