National Great Unity Day in Chi Ma village, Mau Son commune

On November 12, 2025, Comrade Doan Thu Ha, Deputy Secretary of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee attended the national great unity festival in Chi Ma village, Mau Son commune, Lang Son province. Attending the festival were leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, a number of provincial departments and branches, Mau Son Commune People's Committee, and a large number of people from Chi Ma village. Also attending the festival were the delegation of Party committees, authorities, and people of Ai Diem commune, Ai Diem town, Ninh Minh district, Guangxi, China, which is a sister unit of Chi Ma village.

Chi Ma village, with nearly 230 households and over 950 people, including 4 ethnic groups: Tay, Nung, Kinh, San Chi, always unites to well implement the Party's policies and the State's laws. The village pays special attention to national border management through the extensive dissemination of the Protocol on demarcation and marker planting on the Vietnam-China land border, the Law on National Borders, actively coordinates in border management and protection, discovers and provides a lot of important information, contributing to maintaining sovereignty , national defense and security in the border area. People in the village actively increase production, convert crop and livestock structure with many production models, bringing stable income, thereby improving the material and spiritual life of people in the village. In 2025, the rate of cultural families in the village will reach over 92%, the village will achieve the title of cultural residential area.

Speaking at the festival, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and commended the efforts and highly appreciated the achievements of Chi Ma village in the past time. He suggested that in the coming time, the residential area of Chi Ma village continue to unite, promote the tradition and achievements, organize and implement the criteria well so that by 2026, it will continue to maintain the cultural village, strive to have no poor households in the area. Actively respond to patriotic emulation movements and campaigns; strengthen people's foreign affairs, especially maintaining the village-village friendship between Chi Ma village, Mau Son commune, Lang Son province and Ai Diem commune, Ai Diem town, Ninh Minh district, Guangxi, China, thereby promoting the tradition and friendship between Vietnam and China ; focus on propaganda and mobilization work to mobilize people to strictly implement the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws; actively participate in preventing crimes and social evils, ensuring social order and safety, contributing to the common goal of socio -economic development of Mau Son commune and building a peaceful, friendly, cooperative and developing Vietnam-China border.

These are meaningful activities in a series of activities on the occasion of the 2025 Humanitarian Exchange Year between Lang Son province, Vietnam and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, contributing to fostering and strengthening the good traditional friendship between the border people of the two sides./.
