The event "Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 - Vietnam Happy Festival" is chaired by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the Hanoi People's Committee, Vietnam Television and the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists.
According to the Organizing Committee, the festival space stretches from Le Thai To - Hang Khay - Dinh Tien Hoang to Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square. This is not only a cultural and artistic festival but also an affirmation: Vietnamese happiness is nurtured from peace , humanity and simple things.
The event will have a series of activities: "Couple Day - Love is happiness", Vietnamese costume parade "Bach Hoa Bi Hanh", photography workshop "Lang Luong Hanh", Happy Vietnam 2025 award ceremony and music night "Vietnam Happiness".
