The opening ceremony will take place on December 6, with the presence of leaders of ministries and branches - opening a meaningful 3-day journey.
Participants will go through 13 experience points such as 13 emotional rhythms, notes of happiness: Vietnam Happiness Exhibition; digital interactive space; photobooth and art exhibition areas; Happiness tree - where wishes are sent; sending happiness to tomorrow; Happiness Prism workshop; Health is happiness outdoor activity ; Vietnam Happiness map; Vietnamese costume parade Bach Hoa Bi Hanh ; mass wedding ceremony of 80 couples "love is happiness"; Happiness announcer; area of accompanying units; happiness stage. All combine into a large flow, telling the story: Happiness is present in every small moment of Vietnamese life.

The mass wedding ceremony of 80 couples "love is happiness" took place from 7:30 to 11:30 on December 6. With the theme Couple Day - Love is happiness , the mass wedding of 80 couples is a special highlight of Vietnam Happy Festival 2025 , symbolizing the journey of 80 years of Independence - Freedom - Happiness of the nation. The mass wedding ceremony is not only for young couples, but also an occasion to honor couples who have held hands for decades together because the Silver, Gold, Diamond love of 15, 30 or 50 years of living together is a beautiful proof of the attachment and understanding in love. The Happy Vietnam 2025 Awards Ceremony was held on December 6 to honor the most inspiring photos and videos about Vietnamese happiness.
In 2025, Vietnam made a strong impression when it rose 8 places, ranking 46th in the world in the happiness rankings. This is not just a number - but a testament to the positive energy spreading from people's lives, from humane policies and from the aspiration to build a fair, prosperous and loving country. Happy Vietnam is a media award on human rights, where beautiful moments about the country and people of Vietnam are recorded through the authentic perspectives of tens of thousands of authors at home and abroad. Since the first organization in 2023, nearly 40,000 works including photos and film clips (video clips) have been sent, creating a national database about a happy Vietnam told by the people, for the people.
The Vietnamese costume parade Bach Hoa Bi Hanh takes place on December 7. About 800 people in traditional costumes will walk through Hanoi's Old Quarter, as if carrying a thousand years of history shining in the modern world, setting a record for the number of people wearing Vietnamese costumes in a parade.
At the Ly Thai To Monument area, the "Happiness Tree" will receive wishes, gratitude, and sharing from everyone. Each piece of paper hung up is like a seed of kindness, from which happiness is multiplied, spread, and touches everyone's heart. Under the shade of the happiness tree, the Organizing Committee gives 80,000 souvenirs to people and tourists.
On the evening of December 7, the Vietnam Happiness music night will conclude its 3-day journey with music, light and emotions. Through the voices of many young artists (singer Bui Cong Nam, singer Lam Bao Ngoc,...), the image of a dynamic - compassionate - youthful - optimistic Vietnam is sublimated on the stage in the heart of Hanoi.
Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 is not only a cultural and artistic festival, but also an affirmation: Vietnam's happiness is built from peace, love, solidarity and the simplest things.
