The highlight of the Ta Xua Day event in Hanoi is the exhibition Ta Xua Cloud Paradise (lasting until November 20, 2025). From long trips in the Ta Xua highlands, the May May artist group has created 50 unique works on diverse materials such as lacquer, oil, silk, synthetic, ceramic... The exhibition is created as a multi-layered visual structure, where the atmospheric beauty of the mountainous region is recreated through the individual senses of each artist.

Painter Nguyen Minh Hai depicts the simplicity and warmth of mountain life.
In the paintings, viewers can admire the misty color, green valleys hidden in white clouds, silent mountain slopes or small houses nestled on the mountainside..., making Ta Xua appear both real and dreamy like a garden in the clouds. The May Thang Nam group chose Ta Xua not only because of the charming clouds and mountains but also because this place preserves a deep cultural sediment, where people live peacefully in harmony with nature.

The Ta Xua Day event in Hanoi is also an open art space where painting, music , tea and kindness blend together. At the opening ceremony, the public enjoyed the flute music of young H'Mong artist Ly Mi Cuong, tasted Ta Xua tea, viewed beautiful village photos and participated in community activities.

Ms. Luong Thuy Vinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ta Xua Commune Party Committee, shared that this event is not simply an activity to promote the natural beauty and special indigenous products of Ta Xua, but more importantly, Ta Xua Day in Hanoi is expected to become a bridge, introducing this land to friends near and far, and nature lovers.

Ms. Vinh emphasized that the biggest goal that Ta Xua commune is aiming for is to preserve and promote the cultural identity of the Mong ethnic group. Through the art space in Hanoi, Ta Xua wants to introduce traditional cultural features, traditional craft products such as embroidery, and at the same time highlight the national identity.
Sharing more about the name of the event, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ta Xua Commune Party Committee said, Ta Xua Day in Hanoi has a profound meaning, sending the message that Ta Xua - a place considered the "youth" of young people - is now brought into a modern space of the Capital, although small but fully expressing the identity of the Northwest highlands.

"Ta Xua, known as Son La's cloud paradise, stands out with its majestic climate and natural landscape, located at an altitude of 1,500 meters above sea level, imbued with the cultural identity of the Mong ethnic group. With the aspiration for development, Ta Xua has set a great determination to become a provincial-level tourist area by 2030. This event is one of the specific activities to spread the spirit and realize the goal of sustainable tourism development," said Ms. Luong Thuy Vinh.

In particular, Ta Xua Day in Hanoi is not only about visual art but also a meeting between art and charity. 20% of the profits from the sale of paintings will be contributed to the "Feet Touching the Ground" fund founded by the May Thang Nam group, to support community projects such as pouring house foundations, repairing schools, and sponsoring children in special circumstances.
