This refers to the construction of Provincial Road 295, specifically the section from Ben Tuan Bridge to Cao Thuong town and the section from Cao Thuong town to Bi Noi Bridge (formerly Tan Yen district), now located in the communes of Phuc Hoa, Tan Yen, and Ngoc Thien. The project is managed by the Bac Ninh Provincial Project Management Board for Transportation and Agriculture No. 1.

The Department of Construction has approved the completion of the main temple section of Thien Lai Pagoda. |
The total length of the road is over 11 km, starting at Km31+330.6 (near Ben Tuan Bridge) and ending at Km42+555.63 (Bi Noi Bridge). Specifically, the sections from Km31+330.6 to Km35+00 and from Km37+445.52 to Km42+555.63 have their roadbeds widened on the existing foundation to a width of 12 m and a road surface width of 11 m. The section from Km35+00 to Km35+457 has its road surface structure reinforced and widened to a width of 11 m; the section passing through the center of Tan Yen commune and the section from Km37+00 to Km37+445.52 have reinforced asphalt concrete paving on the old road surface.
The route also includes the construction of the Xi Bridge at Km40+610 to replace the old bridge, with a cross-sectional width of 12 m and a length of approximately 34.1 m; a longitudinal and transverse drainage system; and a traffic safety system along the route.
The Department of Construction has approved and put into use the newly constructed building with 8 functional rooms at Xuan Luong Primary School in Xuan Luong commune. The building is a two-story structure covering approximately 403 square meters, with brick walls, water supply and drainage systems, electricity, and communication facilities.
In addition, the Thiên Lai Pagoda project, part of the Thiên Lai Pagoda preservation, restoration, and expansion project in Yên Dũng ward, has been completed and officially accepted. The main pagoda consists of a 3-story pagoda and a 7-story tower, with a first-floor construction area of approximately 2,800 m2 and a total floor area of approximately 7,000 m2.
In addition to the three projects mentioned above, the Department of Construction approved and put into use two items of the Provincial Traditional Medicine and Rehabilitation Hospital in Vu Ninh ward, including: renovation and repair of the herbal medicine preparation house, toilets, restrooms, courtyards No. 2, 3, and 4, fence, and resurfacing of the existing road with asphalt concrete; and repair and renovation of blocks B, E, and F belonging to the Departments of Pharmacy, Occupational Therapy and Instrument Production, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, etc.
The completion and commissioning of these projects and facilities contribute to the gradual improvement of infrastructure, including transportation, schools, hospitals, and temples in the province, thereby promoting socio-economic development in the area.
