On July 18, the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee issued a Plan to implement Conclusion No. 156, dated May 21, 2025 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 33 of the 11th Party Central Committee on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development.

Through the plan, we aim to continue raising awareness, thoughts and actions in the entire Party Committee and political system of the province about the position, role and importance of building and developing Khanh Hoa culture and people in the cause of rapid and sustainable local development; clearly identifying this as a solid spiritual foundation, endogenous resource and important driving force for the development of the province in the new era; promoting the responsibility of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life, first of all the responsibility of the heads of Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels; fully institutionalizing the Party's viewpoints and policies on culture and people; linking the implementation of the task of building and developing culture and people with the province's socio -economic development programs and plans; paying attention to arranging, mobilizing and effectively using resources for cultural development.

The plan clearly states 5 groups of tasks and solutions, including: Continuing to innovate leadership and direction; improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, perfecting institutions and policies on culture and people; promoting socialization, promoting the role of the people, business community and socio-political organizations, mass organizations in building and developing culture and people of Khanh Hoa; developing human resources and perfecting policies on the cultural field; strengthening information and propaganda work, promoting international cooperation on culture.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee assigned the Provincial Party Committee to preside over the research and proposal of building breakthrough mechanisms and policies to promote the development of Khanh Hoa culture and people in the new period. In the implementation process, it is necessary to prioritize the allocation of reasonable resources, with focus and key points, striving for a budget expenditure for culture higher than the national average; ensuring the achievement and surpassing of goals, tasks, and solutions according to resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Government on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people. At the same time, submit to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and amendment of regimes and policies for artists; priority and breakthrough mechanisms and policies in attracting, training, fostering, rewarding, and rewarding talents in the fields of performing arts and cultural heritage; large-scale cultural institution construction projects of the province in the coming time (museums, theaters) ...
