Research on building Hanoi Beer Museum at 183 Hoang Hoa Tham

The City People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the Department of Tourism, the Department of Culture and Sports and relevant departments, branches, localities and units for proactively coordinating to develop the Project on Planning for Preservation, Repair and Restoration of the Historical Relics and Scenic Landscapes of Huong Son Complex and implementing the Project on building the Hanoi Beer Museum as a destination.

Regarding the Planning Project for the preservation, restoration and rehabilitation of historical relics and special national landscapes of Huong Son - Huong Pagoda complex (Planning Project), the city assigned the People's Committee of Huong Son commune to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of My Duc commune and the consulting unit to fully absorb the contents of the official dispatch participating in the appraisal opinions of 8 units, departments, branches and comments of the Steering Committee members at the meeting; collect public opinions in September 2025; submit to the City People's Committee in October 2025, submit to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in November 2025, and report to the Prime Minister in December 2025.

The City assigned the Department of Culture and Sports to closely coordinate with the People's Committees of Huong Son and My Duc communes to complete the Planning Project dossier; provide professional guidance; seek opinions from specialized units of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and relevant ministries and branches to unify and speed up progress.

In addition, the Department focuses on supplementing and completing 4 contents: List of public investment projects expected to be implemented in the period 2026-2030; list of projects expected to attract investment from socialized sources in the period 2026-2030.

Along with that is the plan to connect Huong Son complex with the relics and scenic spots of Tam Chuc and Bai Dinh of Ninh Binh province to create a complete and quality cultural - spiritual tourism chain; ensuring the principles of development, conservation and preservation of natural values and landscapes... Huong Son and My Duc communes integrate the planning content of Huong Son into the general planning.

Regarding the Project to build and form the Hanoi Beer Museum destination at land plot No. 183 Hoang Hoa Tham, Ngoc Ha ward, the city requested the Department of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Planning and Architecture, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the People's Committee of Ngoc Ha ward and related units to review the land fund in Ngoc Ha ward that can build a high school.

In case there is enough land fund, report to the City People's Committee to consider and adjust the planning location of the high school at 183 Hoang Hoa Tham to prioritize the planning land fund and the investment project to build the Hanoi Beer Museum. In case there is not enough replacement land fund, the Department of Education and Training shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Planning and Architecture and relevant units to study the possibility of adjusting the regional road to the South to separate the boundary of the investment project to build the Hanoi Beer Museum and the investment project to build the high school at 183 Hoang Hoa Tham.

The Department of Planning and Architecture presides over the consultation on adjusting the urban zoning plan H1-2. The Department of Tourism coordinates with Habeco to complete the Project, seek opinions, report to the City People's Committee, and strive to complete it in the fourth quarter of 2025. The Department of Finance guides Habeco to complete investment procedures according to regulations.
