The Ministry requested medical examination and treatment facilities to prioritize resources and urgently deploy electronic medical records.

In early June 2025, Kinh Mon Medical Center was assessed to be qualified to implement electronic medical records, ahead of schedule. This result was achieved thanks to the determination of the management staff and medical staff at the center to not be afraid of change.
