Long Hoa ward residents donate goods to overcome damage caused by floods

Recently, the Central and Central Highlands provinces have had to endure consecutive storms and heavy, prolonged floods, causing heavy damage to people and property, leaving behind great pain and loss for the people and localities affected by natural disasters.

People bring goods to the reception point to support people in flooded areas in the Central and Central Highlands regions.

From November 27 to December 1, 2025, at Hoa Thanh Park (Long Hoa ward, Tay Ninh province), the Association for the Support of the Disabled, the Poor and the Protection of Children's Rights of Tay Ninh province and the Hiep Ninh Charity Group coordinated with the local government of Long Hoa ward to organize the reception of goods from people to support people affected by rain and floods.

As of the afternoon of December 1, the Organizing Committee received 18 tons of rice, 10 tons of clothes, 2,000 cartons of mineral water, 1,600 boxes of noodles, 300 boxes of milk, 30 boxes of soy sauce and many other essential items. All of the donated goods will be compiled by the Organizing Committee and delivered to the affected localities, helping people overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.

Previously, responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh province, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Hoa ward also launched a call for all classes of people, cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, soldiers of the armed forces, religious organizations, agencies, units, enterprises, etc. in the area to participate in contributing and supporting. By December 1, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Hoa ward received more than 400 million VND in donations./.
