With a history spanning over 100 years, Hang Luoc Flower Market has become a "living heritage" intimately connected to the spiritual life of the people of Hanoi.

Foreign tourists also joined the crowds at Hanoi's Old Quarter flower market to admire the Tet (Lunar New Year) atmosphere.

For many people, going to the flower market is a way to rediscover the familiar atmosphere of traditional Tet (Lunar New Year).

This year, the Hang Luoc flower market has been recreated on the streets of Hang Luoc, Hang Ma, Hang Ruoi, Hang Khoai, and Phung Hung, with approximately 200 stalls.

Along Hang Luoc, Hang Khoai, and Hang Ruoi streets, the highlight is the 40 iron shelves displaying flowers and ornamental plants, along with a system of stalls that evoke the atmosphere of the old town.

In recent years, the 100-year-old flower market in the Old Quarter has expanded in scale, offering a wider variety of goods.

Peach blossom vendors at Hang Luoc flower market meticulously care for each branch before delivering it to customers, helping to preserve the spring colors for every family during Tet.

Besides flowers, Hang Luoc flower market also sells a variety of traditional items such as religious artifacts and decorative items, attracting people to stop by and choose them when shopping for Tet.

People bring apricot blossom branches home to decorate their houses for Tet (Vietnamese New Year).

Many residents of Hanoi's Old Quarter still maintain the tradition of visiting the 100-year-old flower market to shop during the Lunar New Year.
