On May 15, Vinh Loc B Commune Police (Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City) received a report from residents about a burglary that occurred in the area.
Camera recorded suspect breaking into Ms. T's house to steal property
According to initial information, in the early morning of May 13, NTKT (43 years old, living in alley 6A, Vinh Loc B commune, Binh Chanh district) and her husband locked the door, drove to Binh Dien agricultural wholesale market to buy goods to cook for the party. At home, their daughter was sleeping upstairs.
At 4:30 a.m. the same day, when they returned home, Ms. T. and her husband discovered that the gate was open. The main entrance to the house was tied with wire; 2 door locks were cut and lying on the brick floor. In addition, a knife was also discovered in front of the door. Upon inspection, some of the property inside and 3 motorbikes were missing.
The door lock was cut and a knife was found by people in front of the house.
Reviewing the security camera, at 2am that same day, two young men riding a motorbike opened the gate and broke into the house. The thieves broke the lock and took 3 motorbikes parked inside the house out.
The victim then went to the police and reported that, in addition to losing 3 motorbikes, the thief also took the security camera and some other property and household items in the family.
The alley where Ms. T's house was broken into by thieves who stole property.
According to Ms. T., this is the third time in less than a year that her family has had their home broken into and their property stolen.
"The previous two times, thieves broke into the house and stole two motorbikes. The family reported to the police but the property was not recovered and now it has been lost again," Ms. T. was indignant.
Authorities have extracted security cameras to serve the investigation.
