With the theme “For the lost lover”, talking about unfinished love affairs, episode 5 of the show Love Storyteller immerses the audience in a nostalgic musical space with the accompaniment of the judge throughout, famous singer Thai Chau, and two guest judges: singer Thuy Trang, singer Lam Vu. Right from the opening scene, singer Lam Vu made the studio laugh when he humorously admitted: “I have missed a lot of love affairs”, promising a night of judging full of emotions and experiences.
The highlight of the night belonged to female contestant N Ly with the song We used to love. Possessing a gentle beauty and a deep, resonant voice, N Ly "breathed life" into musician Thai Thinh's ballad, telling the love story with confidence and sophistication.

This performance completely conquered singer Lam Vu. He gave her a very short but “quality” compliment: “You are beautiful, elegant, and sing with inner strength” and believed that she would go far. When singer Thuy Trang commented on her technique of holding her breath during the climax, Lam Vu immediately “defended” her junior: “As long as she is beautiful, it can be overlooked”.
Seeing his junior confused, famous singer Thai Chau humorously teased: "I kept my comments brief, probably because I was shy, but when others spoke, I added more." Responding to the judges' love, N Ly excellently received two perfect 10s from famous singer Thai Chau and singer Lam Vu.

Besides N Ly, the competition night also noted Tuan Tu's progress with Looking at Each Other for the Last Time. Although he was praised for his warm voice, suitable for the music genre, the male contestant still received frank comments from singer Lam Vu about his breath retention and unnatural acting. He received two 9.5s.
Closing the competition night was the performance of the youngest member, Quynh Cam, Con duong xua em di. Investing in bringing a motorbike onto the stage, Quynh Cam made singer Thuy Trang praise her acting like a drama actress and compliment Quynh Cam's singing voice, "You sing very well." Famous singer Thai Chau was especially impressed with her smart handling and new Bolero singing style. This "tailor-made" performance earned Quynh Cam a score of 10 from singer Lam Vu and 9.75 from famous singer Thai Chau.
