Russia takes control of strategic village near Bakhmut. The Russian Defense Ministry announced that its forces have taken control of the village of Andreevka, a key location captured by Ukraine during its counter-offensive against Bakhmut last year.
“ Unit of the Southern Army carried out active combat operations and recaptured the village of Andreevka in Donetsk region ,” the Russian Defense Ministry said.

Ukraine suffered heavy losses in Kharkiv . According to the Russian Defense Ministry, Russian forces yesterday attacked railway centers, training facilities for UAV operators, and a Ukrainian military train carrying tanks in Kharkiv.
“ The attacks were carried out against railway hubs used to transport reinforcements to the Kharkiv wing of Ukraine. According to the latest data, a military train carrying 10 tanks was attacked at the Lyubotin station (Kharkiv) ,” the Russian Defense Ministry reported.

The conflict in Ukraine must be resolved with the participation of Moscow, Kiev and Washington . The West will limit sending troops to Ukraine . Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban believes that Western countries will limit sending troops to Ukraine and transfer to this country weapons that can be used to attack targets deep inside Russian territory.
“ It seems that the next stage of the war will mean that the West will transfer to Ukraine weapons technology capable of reaching Russian territory ,” Mr. Orban said.
Belgium will support Ukraine but will not send troops to the conflict zone . Belgian Defense Minister Ludivine Dedonder said that Belgium intends to support Ukraine “as long as necessary”, but the issue of sending Belgian troops to the conflict zone is not on the agenda.
“ Support to Ukraine will continue as long as necessary, but sending military personnel is not on the agenda ,” Dedonder said.
Minister Dedonder said that Belgium has trained 2,500 servicemen for the Ukrainian armed forces, including pilots and technicians for the F-16. Western weapons cannot reverse the situation in Ukraine . Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that no weapons supplied by the West could change the course of Russia's special operations in Ukraine.
According to Mr. Peskov, the West is currently "provoking tension and constantly raising the level of escalation" in the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
