Many countries have eased Covid-19 restrictions by removing mandatory testing and vaccination requirements for visitors.

The White House (USA) announced on May 1 that it will end the requirement for Covid-19 vaccination for international travelers and federal employees from May 11 in the context of the public health emergency caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus being considered to have ended.
The US Department of Homeland Security said that from May 12, the country will also stop requiring international travelers entering the US by air, sea and land to present a Covid-19 vaccination certificate.
The Japanese government also announced the end of Covid-19 border controls from May 8. This move is expected to revive Japan's tourism industry.
Japan's Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare said that in addition to easing restrictions on tourists, the cherry blossom country also removed the mandatory mask-wearing rule from March 13. However, the agency still encourages people to wear masks in public places and crowded areas.
Japan is one of the last countries in Asia to decide to lift anti-epidemic regulations for tourists.
Earlier in January, Thailand also removed health regulations requiring visitors entering the country to present proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
According to Thai Health Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, presenting a vaccine certificate is not necessary as people around the world have almost completed the basic vaccination program. He also affirmed that tourists who have not been vaccinated against Covid-19 will be allowed to enter the country without any restrictions.
Starting February 13, Singapore lifted Covid-19 travel restrictions for visitors who have not been fully vaccinated. Requirements that are no longer required include pre-departure testing and proof of Covid-19 vaccination or purchase of travel insurance that covers Covid-19 treatment.
Singapore's Ministry of Health has announced that the mandatory mask wearing on public transport will also be lifted, except in medical facilities. Singapore is currently implementing many activities to attract tourists and businesses.
Many other countries around the world have also eliminated the requirement for Covid-19 testing and vaccination certificates for tourists to ease travel and facilitate the recovery of the tourism industry.
Bloomberg news agency has listed a number of countries that have lifted Covid-19 restrictions on visitors entering the country such as Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Ireland, Iceland, France, Finland...
In Asia, South Korea also does not require Covid-19 testing for incoming travelers, while Australia has completely removed Covid-19-related entry restrictions.
In the Americas, international travelers will no longer need to undergo testing, quarantine or vaccination requirements to enter Argentina, Canada and Costa Rica. Egypt, Congo and Gabon are the first African countries to announce the end of all Covid-19-related entry requirements.
