In Long Hai commune, from July 1st, 2025 to the present, numerous campaigns have been organized to inspect and address the encroachment and illegal use of roads and sidewalks; as a result, urban order management in the commune has achieved many positive results.

Therefore, during this peak period, the Long Hai Commune Traffic Safety Committee organized for 100% of households and businesses encroaching on sidewalks and roadsides to sign commitments not to violate urban order and public order; organized patrols and inspections to strictly handle violations; and intensified propaganda on ensuring security and order in the area, regulations, penalties, and the responsibilities of agencies, organizations, and individuals when participating in public activities.
