According to musician Le Truong Thi, the 2025 Quang Ninh Radio and Television Voice Contest has attracted many new and talented contestants. The quality of this year's contestants is quite good and even. Among them, there are many contestants from prestigious and leading universities in the country with vocal training, such as: Vietnam National Academy of Music, Military University of Culture and Arts, Central University of Art Education... or some contestants are professional artists of performing units such as: Navy Art Troupe, Army Music and Dance Theater....

Contestants from many provinces and cities across the country took photos together to commemorate their participation in the contest.

Musician Le Truong Thi expressed his hope that the excellent contestants selected after the preliminary round will continue to develop their abilities, have thorough and thoughtful preparation to break through in the next rounds. Thereby, contributing to affirming and spreading the brand of the Good Voice Contest on Quang Ninh Radio and Television in 2025 - a prestigious and professional music playground organized by Quang Ninh Newspaper and Radio - Television for nearly 3 decades. At the same time, through the contest, new and promising singers will be discovered and nurtured to promote the development of the professional singing movement in Quang Ninh as well as the whole country.

Contestant Cao Thi Phuong Mai (Quang Yen ward, Quang Ninh province) showed off her powerful voice with the song "Dak Rong River, Spring Comes".

On the afternoon of November 1, the preliminary round of the 2025 Quang Ninh Radio and Television Voice Contest continued with the performance of the next 20 contestants. Each contestant brought their own color, expressing their passion and musical personality through carefully invested performances in terms of voice, performance style, costumes and stage performance.

Contestant Kha Dinh Giap shared: Although I am a contestant from Nghe An , I received thoughtful support from the Organizing Committee of the contest to get to the preliminary round smoothly. Performing on a modern stage with professional sound, lighting and recording equipment at the Quang Ninh Newspaper, Radio and Television Headquarters helped me and the contestants to perform and complete our best performance.

The second time "touching the door" of the Voice Contest on Quang Ninh radio and television and also the oldest contestant of this year's competition, Nguyen Thanh Nam (Born in 1996, residing in Cua Ong ward, Quang Ninh province) brought to the contest a more confident and mature attitude. Thanh Nam shared: After the 2022 contest, I have accumulated a lot of valuable experience. Before returning to the playground this year, I proactively participated in basic vocal training classes to further improve my knowledge, perfect my singing voice, and choose songs that are more suitable for the light music genre I am pursuing. Hopefully, I can go further in this year's contest and, most of all, live fully with my passion for singing."

Contestant Bui Thi Xuan Thuy (Hanoi) performed the song "Missing you in the forest".

Contestant Tran Viet Khoa (Quang Hanh ward, Quang Ninh province) is currently a student at the Vietnam National Academy of Music.

Tomorrow, November 2, the contestants continue to compete in the preliminary round of the 2025 Quang Ninh Radio and Television Voice Contest.

At the end of the preliminary round, the Organizing Committee will announce the results of the 20 excellent candidates who will move on to the semi-finals scheduled to take place on November 8 and 9.
