DNVN - The international exhibition of textile & garment industry - equipment, raw materials & fabrics 2024 (Vietnam Hanoi Textile & Garment Industry Expo 2024) opened on the morning of October 23 at the ICE International Exhibition Center in Hanoi . The exhibition attracted the participation of many famous brands.
HanoiTex & HanoiFabric 2024 Exhibition (taking place from October 23 - 25) at the Hanoi International Exhibition Center ICE has a scale of over 6,000m², gathering more than 210 booths from 10 countries and territories. Enterprises will display modern equipment, machinery and the most advanced textile and garment materials, and introduce new technological solutions to meet the needs of sustainable production in the era of Industry 4.0.
Many famous brands providing technological solutions for the textile industry are present such as: Imb, Ashimar, Nicerbt, Brother, Siruba, Isamu, Juki, Jack, Ymato, Huatang (automatic pocket machine); Nicerbt (automatic cotton ceiling programming machine), Bullmer cutting machine and other sewing and programming machines; Jinyu (specialized in embroidery machines); Kodofo (high heat transfer printing machine); Windatech (automatic cutting machine).
Along with that are brands of spare parts for the garment industry such as: A Nguyen (Organ Needle), Kim Hoa (sewing machine parts), SAGA (label shooting machine), Sprayway TPR (stain removal technology); Golden (seamless circular knitting machine), Tam Hoa (polo shirt gluing machine); Nawon (seam sealing machine); I- Garment (software for the garment industry); Suzhou Yumei (leading supply chain management company from China).

At the exhibition, many manufacturers of garment accessories and fabrics also participated such as: Bautex Vina, Daluen, Eth textile, Faslink, FuColor, Hanh Viet, Jiale Tex, Ko - Vina, Lami, Maxbond, ShenHong, Sunshinetex, TahTong, Tesstelation, Viet Thanh, Yagi (yarn, cotton, fabric); Anh Toan, Faswell, J-Long, Heasung Vina, KCC, Kiyohara, New One Brand, SanFang, Sheico Shimada, Shindo, Shinsung Vina, SAB, TCC, Shanghai, Tim Do, Ykk, ect (garment accessories); Hohenstein, Groyyo (consulting, inspection, management).
Speaking at the opening of the exhibition, Mr. Le Tien Truong - Chairman of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group said that Vietnam's textile and garment exports reached a record of 4.66 billion USD in August 2024, of which exports to the US reached 1.9 billion USD, also a monthly record ever .
Orders are expected to benefit from improved US consumer demand during the holiday shopping season. Demand and unit prices will only really improve from 2025 in the best scenario. With such favorable factors, the Vietnamese textile and garment industry is facing great market opportunities and affirms that it will continue to be a bright destination on the world textile and garment map.
"The organizers believe that the exhibition will provide opportunities for businesses to find partners, expand markets, update information, learn from experience, and improve their competitiveness in the textile market of the Northern region of Vietnam, taking advantage of market opportunities," said Mr. Truong.
