The legendary couple from Secret Garden made a strong impression by wearing traditional Vietnamese ao dai and playing music amidst the majestic natural scenery of Trang An.

On February 6th, Nhan Dan newspaper and IB Group Vietnam published... MV Song from a secret garden - Secret Garden in Vietnam , Filming of Secret Garden's performance at famous landmarks in Ninh Binh province following their Secret Garden live in Vietnam concert in Hanoi last October.

This music video is part of the Good Morning Vietnam project series. This initiative not only brings top-tier international music to Vietnam but also serves as a platform to promote Vietnamese culture and tourism.

Leaving the auditorium, the legendary duo from Secret Garden Norwegian pianist and composer Rolf Løvland and Irish violinist Fionnuala Sherry harmonize with the heritage land of Ninh Binh, engaging all the senses.

The 3-minute 58-second music video opens with breathtakingly beautiful moments, giving the impression that time has stood still: trees basking in the morning sun, sprouting seeds, dew drops melting on leaves, swarms of ants crawling on old tree trunks…

And the sunlight began to stream down the mountain valleys, the rivers, the golden rice fields… Flocks of egrets spread their wings, white butterflies fluttered around like a garden full of secrets.

Against that magnificent and majestic natural backdrop, the two artists completely relaxed, strolling leisurely, touching the land and sky of Trang An, Cuc Phuong forest, Bich Dong pagoda… and playing their classic piece - Song from Secret Garden .

The group had previously taken this song all over the world, but perhaps this was the first time it was performed in a setting where the earth and sky harmonized so beautifully. Rolf Løvland said that "their days in Ninh Binh were truly beautiful and unforgettable experiences."

Mr. Nguyen Thuy Duong, representative of IB Group Vietnam, said that the team had made 5-6 survey trips to Ninh Binh to find a suitable location.

And to meet the requirements of Secret Garden, the crew used a crane to lower the piano, of which there are only a few in Vietnam and are worth several hundred thousand USD, onto a bamboo raft and bring it down to Thuy Dinh to get the most beautiful shots.

The music video will travel all over the world on flights.

Speaking at the MV launch, journalist Le Quoc Minh - Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan newspaper - said, "We have seen Hollywood films that have shown the beautiful scenery of Ninh Binh, but I believe that after watching this MV, viewers will have a different feeling about this land."

The choice of Ninh Binh – a place where natural beauty, history, and spiritual depth converge – as the filming location created a natural resonance between the music of Secret Garden and the heritage space, thereby subtly conveying the beauty of Vietnam through emotionally rich artistic language.

Meanwhile, Tran Song Tung, Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee, said this is the most impressive product about Ninh Binh he has ever seen. "If our compatriots far from home see this image during Tet, they will probably miss their homeland very much," he said.

Earlier that day, the production unit gifted the copyright of the product to provincial leaders, tourism corporations, hotels, airlines, and television stations to spread the beautiful image of the heritage site. On their personal page, the music group Secret Garden also posted a music video promoting Vietnamese tourism.
