Practical, comprehensive policies

Throughout the process of building and developing the country, our Party and State have always affirmed that ethnic minorities are the flesh and blood of the Vietnamese people, and are an important factor contributing to maintaining the great national unity. Therefore, the concern for ethnic minorities is not only expressed in words, but is concretized by practical and comprehensive policies, aiming at the goal of "leaving no one behind".

In recent years, a series of social security policies and socio-economic development support policies have been issued and put into practice. From the program of settling down, providing breeding cows, supporting housing and production land, to providing free health insurance cards, investing in building ethnic boarding schools, etc., all have profound humanistic meanings. Thanks to that, the material and spiritual life of the people has been increasingly improved; many households have risen out of poverty, stabilized their lives, and gradually taken control of their future.

In Dong Nai - a locality with a large ethnic minority population - these policies have truly spread and created positive changes. Breeding cows are handed out to help people have a livelihood; health insurance cards help people feel secure in taking care of their health; new, spacious houses help families live in peace; and ethnic boarding schools - where knowledge is sown and dreams are nurtured - have become vivid symbols of the affection and responsibility that the Party and State entrust to the people.

Not only providing material support, the policies also aim to preserve traditional cultural identity and create opportunities for the young generation of ethnic minorities to develop comprehensively. This is a sustainable way, helping people not only escape poverty in the short term but also have the ability to rise up, take control of their lives and contribute positively to the overall development of the community.

That concern is a great source of encouragement and belief for ethnic minorities to become more attached to and trust the leadership of the Party. When the policy reaches the people, when the people benefit and proactively rise up, it is a strong testament to the spirit of "great national unity" - the strength that has, is and will lead our country firmly on the path of prosperous and happy development.

On the land of love Dong Nai today, the positive changes in the material and spiritual life of ethnic minorities are a vivid proof of the humane spirit and the effectiveness of social security policies. These policies have been and are adding confidence for ethnic minorities to rise up together, unite to build an increasingly rich and civilized homeland.
