In addition, the commune has also systematically implemented public investment for infrastructure development. The disbursement rate of public investment capital reached an impressive 98% (as of the end of January 2026), helping key projects to quickly serve the people. The implementation of the zoning plan for the western area of ​​Ring Road 4 and the consultation on urban railway project No. 5 are opening up new development opportunities, bringing Duong Hoa closer to the appearance of a modern urban area in the future.

When implementing the two-tiered local government model, the Commune Party Committee proactively and creatively reorganized the apparatus, establishing streamlined and efficient support agencies for the Party Committee and the Commune Fatherland Front Committee. This year, the Duong Hoa Commune Party Committee successfully organized the First Commune Party Congress, for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress Resolution outlined five key tasks, three breakthroughs, and 28 specific targets. Immediately after the Congress, the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Party Committee directed the development of the Action Program, the overall work program, key programs, projects, and specific plans to implement the Commune Party Congress Resolution.

With the motto "preventing new violations from occurring," the commune organized two enforcement campaigns to rectify the consequences of violations in 49 previous cases. This firm and strict approach helped restore order and protect land resources in the area.

In particular, the administrative reform revolution in Duong Hoa has brought a new look to the administrative apparatus. With the public listing of 416 administrative procedures and the promotion of online public services, the commune has received more than 7,400 applications and resolved more than 7,300 applications. Activities expressing gratitude and caring for war veterans and martyrs on major holidays such as the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2nd) or the War Invalids and Martyrs Day are organized solemnly and warmly, reflecting the nation's principle of "drinking water, remembering the source."

On the other hand, the success of Duong Hoa in 2025 owes a great deal to the contributions of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and political and social organizations. Through the application of information technology and social networks, the propaganda work on "The Era of National Resilience" and the two-tiered government model has created absolute consensus among the people.

Among them, the preparation and successful organization of the election of National Assembly deputies for the 16th term and the election of commune People's Council deputies for the 2026-2031 term is identified as the top political priority.
