Interactive Lunar New Year picture book for young readers.
The two interactive Tet books, "Let's Wrap the Banh Chung!" and "Let's Arrange the Tet Candies!", are designed specifically for children aged 2 and up, printed on sturdy cardboard with safe, rounded corners.
Each page of the book is divided into three flip-up sections, allowing children to freely combine leaves, sticky rice, and fillings to create unique banh chung (Vietnamese rice cakes), or invent boxes of Tet jams with rich flavors from all three regions of Vietnam.

The book series also opens up a wealth of interesting vocabulary for children on the topic of Tet (Lunar New Year) food: types of leaves, sticky rice, fillings for cakes, seeds, jams, candied fruits, etc. The unique pages offer children fun interactive games about Tet, keeping them "busy" playing with the books and gradually developing a love for traditional Tet activities in a natural and gentle way.
"Tet of Childhood" - Vibrant Tet colors across Vietnam
The "Tet in Childhood" picture book series includes 5 titles: "Tet in a seaside town", "Tet on a distant island", "Tet on a green islet", "Tet in Cholon", and "Grandma in the clouds".
With its clear prose, heartwarming illustrations, and meticulous research into the culture of each region, "Tet in Childhood" invites young readers to "celebrate Tet" across Vietnam, taking them on a spring journey through the pages, where each destination reveals a different Tet atmosphere. From Truong Sa, central Vietnam to the southwestern region, children experience Tet celebrations with their unique cultural characteristics.
Through the stories of "celebrating Tet" (Vietnamese Lunar New Year), the book series "Tet in Childhood" gently instills in young readers a love for their homeland and an appreciation for cultural differences. The series conveys the message: No matter where you are, Tet is still a time for families to reunite.
"Enjoying the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Horse"
"Enjoying the Year of the Horse" is a collection of 21 poems, essays, songs, and paintings on the theme of Spring and Tet (Vietnamese New Year) by various authors, specially for young readers.

You will experience the vibrant and bustling atmosphere of spring throughout the country, following in the footsteps of the Horse - the mascot of the new year - to learn about many unique and lively cultural aspects from ancient times to the modern era, and let your imagination run wild in the super creative stories of young writers.
"Enjoying the Lunar New Year of the Horse" also features a fresh twist with its whimsical and heartwarming comic strip, and includes a "secret" gift for readers.
Modern version of the story "Traditional Tet"
These cheerful, witty, and innocent stories about folk customs and traditions, told in a fresh, modern language, will help young readers further appreciate the Tet holiday, the reunion with family, the auspicious New Year, and the warm spring season.

Author Tran Tuyet Mai shared: “One beautiful day, I suddenly realized that no one had yet written fairy tales about… Tet (Vietnamese New Year). Therefore, the collection of modern ‘Tet fairy tales’ was born, with the intention of playing on words that sound similar to ‘fairy tale.’ I hope that children in the age of social media, robots, and airplanes can still experience the magic of Tet in the food, while snoring away, or even while busily cleaning the house! What could be better than having ancient traditions revived in the modern world and celebrating Tet with the children all year round?”
"Tet and Mother"
"Tet and Mother," by author Nguyen Duong Quynh, tells the story of a girl who travels back in time to her seven-year-old self, experiencing childhood with a more mature and grown-up perspective. This is also an opportunity for her to rediscover lost love and gain self-understanding.

Throughout the year, the bustling atmosphere of Tet (Lunar New Year) preparations prevails in this small, simple town in South Central Vietnam. Children eagerly anticipate Tet celebrations and delicious food, while adults are busy preparing and cleaning. The last days of the year are filled with busy preparations and anticipation for the arrival of Tet and Spring, reminding everyone to return home to their families and open their hearts to loved ones.
Along with publications celebrating the Lunar New Year, the "Giving Books as Gifts" promotion program is maintained to encourage the practice of donating books to children during the Lunar New Year.

The program offers special discounts from 10% to 70%, along with many attractive gifts at Kim Dong Bookstore System and online distribution channels from February 18th to 22nd (the 2nd to 6th day of the Lunar New Year) at Kim Dong Bookstores located at: 19/12 Book Street, Ho Chi Minh City Book Street, and Thu Duc City Book Street (Ho Chi Minh City). In particular, Kim Dong Publishing House will give a 50,000 VND voucher to the first readers on the first day of the Year of the Horse at Kim Dong Bookstore System nationwide.
During Tet (Vietnamese New Year), the interactive program "Tet for Children - Celebrating Tet Across Vietnam" will also take place at Hanoi Book Street as part of the Spring Book Street program, featuring many fun interactive activities for children in the first days of the new year.
On February 21st (the 5th day of the Lunar New Year), Kim Dong Publishing House, in collaboration with Hanoi Book Street and the "My Home Books" Project, organized the program "Tet for Children - Celebrating Tet Across Vietnam". The program took place at 10:00 AM at the main stage, Hanoi Book Street, 19/12 Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi.
Through engaging and interactive activities, children will learn about Tet (Vietnamese New Year) customs across the country: How do children in the lush green orchards of the Southwestern Mekong Delta, those in coastal towns, or those on remote islands in the middle of the ocean celebrate Tet? What's interesting about Tet in Cholon? What is Tet like for Vietnamese children born and raised abroad, visiting Vietnam for the first time? We will explore the colorful Tet customs across the S-shaped land of Vietnam in this program.
