This year's "AI Young Guru" competition saw thousands of innovative ideas from across the country. In the context of ongoing digital transformation, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in management and improving the quality of teaching has become an inevitable trend.
Recognizing this, close friends Ho Luc Nguyen and Hoa Quang Thang embarked on researching and developing the "EduMind AI" project – an intelligent and efficient school management ecosystem. The product is built on a foundation that closely integrates modern software technology and optimized artificial intelligence algorithms, aiming to address the shortcomings of traditional education management.


EduMind AI's key advantage lies in its comprehensive, integrated design. Unlike existing standalone management software on the market, this ecosystem boasts a user-friendly, accessible interface, and, most importantly, the ability to update and synchronize data in real time.
The system enables the complete automation of complex educational administrative processes, reducing the burden of paperwork for administrators. At the same time, EduMind AI acts as a powerful virtual assistant, supporting teachers in curriculum development, optimizing student assessment methods, managing discipline and competition, and integrating many other superior intelligent features.
Sharing about the project's implementation process, Hoa Quang Thang, an 11th-grade student specializing in Computer Science, said: "In this project, my main tasks were coding, building the database, designing, and programming all the core features. After the framework was completed, Nguyen provided the practical test results. Based on the feedback and test data, we analyzed and evaluated the performance and made adjustments and optimizations to the system. The project is a comprehensive student management system."

The synergistic combination of IT-specialized students, strong in algorithmic thinking and programming techniques, and Math-specialized students, strong in logical thinking and social systems analysis, created a powerful synergy for the project.
While Quang Thắng diligently worked with complex code and databases, Lực Nguyên played the role of connecting the product to real-life situations. Nguyên conducted surveys of the needs of students and teachers, and established rigorous test scenarios to ensure the software operated stably, without system errors, and truly provided value to users.

Ho Luc Nguyen shared his feelings upon winning the award: "When we received the notification that our project made it into the Top 23 of the national competition, I felt very happy and joyful because our efforts had paid off. Through this competition, we want to spread awareness about the application of artificial intelligence in students' daily learning. Furthermore, we hope to inspire young people to boldly apply AI to build practical technological products to support and solve real-world problems."
The success of the EduMind AI project cannot be attributed solely to the guidance and mentorship of the supervising teacher. Under the dedicated and close guidance of Ms. Luc Thi Thu Hoai, Quang Thang and Luc Nguyen have gradually overcome both technological and practical challenges.
The project completely convinced the judging panel thanks to its harmonious combination of innovative ideas and practical feasibility. The product demonstrated its practical functionality, solving a problem that schools are facing in the digital age.

In this project, the students proactively built a synchronized management ecosystem, closely connecting the school's administration to homeroom teachers and subject teachers, thereby directly connecting to students and parents. In particular, by integrating AI technology, this system also provides strong support for students in career guidance and choosing the most suitable future career paths based on their current academic abilities and skills, with information continuously updated on the system.
The AI-powered career guidance feature is one of the highlights that helps EduMind AI score top marks with professionals. By analyzing academic results, periodic scores, activity participation frequency, and strengths of each student stored in the database, the software's AI algorithm provides scientifically- based suggestions and predictions about suitable career paths. This helps students and parents gain a more comprehensive and proactive overview when choosing their exam subjects and majors during the fiercely competitive university entrance exams.

The outstanding achievement of Ho Luc Nguyen and Hoa Quang Thang, ranking among the top 23 nationwide and winning the "Promising Talent" award, demonstrates that scientific and technological innovation can be initiated and nurtured from burning passion, relentless pursuit of knowledge, and above all, the spirit of daring to think, daring to act, and daring to try, even while still in school.
