Expectations regarding social security and human resources policies.
In the days following the Congress, in many public spaces such as Ho Chi Minh City's Book Street, neighborhoods, and residential areas, flags, flowers, and banners welcoming the Congress remained vibrant, creating a solemn yet approachable atmosphere. According to observations by reporters from the News and Nation newspaper, many people closely followed information about the Congress and were particularly interested in how the new policies would be implemented in practice.

Ms. Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy, a resident of Binh Chanh ward, shared that what people most expect after the Congress are concrete changes that can be felt in their daily lives. In a large city like Ho Chi Minh City, areas such as healthcare, education , housing, living environment, and transportation directly impact the quality of life for each family. “People expect the resolutions to be concretized soon through clear programs, from investing in schools and hospitals to improving infrastructure and public spaces,” Ms. Thuy shared.
According to Ms. Thuy, people's trust comes not only from major strategic directions, but also from how policies are implemented at the grassroots level. When policies are disseminated transparently, officials are close to the people, listen to them, and promptly resolve emerging issues, people will clearly feel the Party's leadership role in every specific matter.
Furthermore, many believe that developing high-quality human resources should be identified as a central focus throughout the new term. Policies on vocational training, skills transfer, and learning support for young people and workers not only contribute to economic growth but also lay the foundation for sustainable social development.
Expectations for depth in the field of culture and arts.
From the perspective of artists and writers, the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam opens up expectations for a new phase of development for culture and art. Mr. Le Nguyen Hieu, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Dance Artists Association, believes that the orientations adopted by the Congress have emphasized the role of culture as the spiritual foundation of society and as a driving force for development.
According to Mr. Hieu, the positive aspect is that cultural governance thinking is increasingly emphasized, replacing the purely administrative approach. Artists and writers hope that the Resolutions will soon be concretized into mechanisms to encourage creativity, invest in young talents, expand performance spaces, and strengthen international exchange, helping Vietnamese culture both preserve its identity and integrate deeply into the global community.

In the context of rapidly developing digital technology, Mr. Hieu believes that building policies to support the digitalization of traditional art forms, bringing art closer to young audiences, is an urgent requirement. If training programs, funding for creative work, and mechanisms for commissioning works from the State are implemented effectively, it will create long-term motivation for the artistic community.
Culture should not be limited to performance activities; it must also be integrated into community life. When the Resolutions are put into practice, the formation of cultural spaces in residential areas, schools, and businesses will contribute to building a healthy living environment, nurturing humanistic values, and fostering social cohesion.
From resolution to action at the grassroots level
At the grassroots level, Mr. Tran Van Nam, Secretary of the Party Branch of Ward 37, Tan Binh Ward, said that an atmosphere of excitement has spread among Party members and residents after the Congress. The dissemination of the Congress results and major orientations for the new term is being carried out through Party branch meetings, neighborhood group meetings, and community information channels.
According to Mr. Nam, the most important thing is to ensure that the Resolution does not remain merely on paper but becomes concrete action in daily life. Party members at the grassroots level play a bridging role between the Party's policies and the aspirations of the people, from setting an example in their work to listening to and promptly reflecting on difficulties arising in residential areas.

During the new term, many demands have been made regarding administrative reform, digital transformation, and improving the quality of service to the people. In the neighborhood, the Party branch coordinates with the local government to support people in accessing online public services, guiding them through administrative procedures, and resolving issues related to social welfare. "People's trust is built from very specific things, such as faster and more transparent processing of documents, and better care for disadvantaged families," Mr. Nam shared.

According to observations, when the resolutions of the 14th Party Congress are implemented synchronously, effectively, and put into practice, each neighborhood and each family will directly feel the positive changes. This is also an important foundation for strengthening the people's trust in the Party's leadership in the new term.
