I am deeply honored and proud to represent the young generation of Phu Tho province, as well as thousands of young Party members, at the 14th National Congress of the Party. This is both an honor and a great responsibility for me personally to represent the youth of the province at the congress.
The theme of this congress is appropriate and timely, as the country is entering a new era and new opportunities. With the mission of each young person attending the congress, we see an added sense of responsibility and importance placed on young people. I hope and expect that the Congress will make major decisions and set directions for the next term, bringing more opportunities for young people and the people, so that the country can achieve socio -economic development, rise in the new era, and aim to become a leading developed country by 2050.
This presents both a great opportunity and a significant challenge for the younger generation in the era of science and technology and digital transformation across all fields. Young people need to demonstrate even greater pioneering spirit and responsibility in their respective fields and work.
After attending the Congress, we will develop plans and tasks that align with the direction of the next term of the Party Congress, meeting the needs and aspirations of young people; and fulfilling the political tasks assigned by the province and the Central Youth Union.
Representative Nguyen Thi Ha, Chairperson of the Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province
We are interested in two key areas at the 14th National Congress of the Party: personnel work and planning in the socio-economic development of the country. As the Vietnam Fatherland Front, a house of national unity, we focus intensely on propaganda and mobilization of all strata of the people, concentrating on implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party; alongside this, we fulfill our function as a unit for social supervision and criticism related to Vietnam's socio-economic development tasks.
I am confident that, with the active and clear guidance of the Central Committee leaders, our Congress will certainly be a great success.
Delegate Tran Van Dang, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union
Attending the 14th National Congress of the Party, I am deeply aware that this is a great honor, and at the same time a political responsibility before the Party Committee, the government, and the people of Bac Ninh province, especially the younger generation.
With a serious, responsible, and open-minded approach, I proactively researched and contributed opinions to the Congress documents based on a synthesis of practical experience in Youth Union work and youth movements. Through this, I contributed to reflecting the legitimate aspirations of young people, helping to refine the Party's major policies and directions, and affirming the role and responsibility of youth in the cause of national construction and development.
As the youngest delegate of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, I am deeply aware of my responsibility in attending a Congress of special significance, which will guide the development of the country in the new era.
During my participation in discussions and contributions to the XIV Party Congress documents, I focused on conveying the recommendations of youth union members in the province, linked to the requirement of promoting the role of the younger generation in the "era of national progress"; the main focus being the proposal for the Party to pay attention to building breakthrough mechanisms and policies to train and develop high-quality young human resources, especially in new technology fields such as digital transformation and semiconductor industry. This would create conditions for young people to play a pioneering and creative role, making practical contributions to the rapid and sustainable development of the country.
Delegate Nguyen Ny Huong, Vice Chairperson of the Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Tinh province, representing the delegation of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee.
We carry with us the trust and expectations of the younger generation regarding the strong future development of our country. In particular, we expect that this Congress will make decisions and strategies to create breakthroughs in development, while also creating an environment and motivation to encourage young people to play a pioneering and creative role in building and defending the Fatherland.
Hopefully, this Congress will raise groundbreaking issues regarding attracting high-quality human resources, especially in the fields of science and technology, digital transformation, and supporting young people in starting and developing their businesses.
With all our pride and expectations, we believe that the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam will be a resounding success, creating a new momentum and driving force for the country to move forward strongly in the new era - the era of national resurgence.

As the Chairperson of the Phu Tho Provincial Women's Union, attending the 14th National Congress of the Party, I recognize this as not only an honor but also a great responsibility to the Party Committee, the people, and the women's union members of the province.
I have also studied draft documents of the Party, especially the socio-economic development strategy, as well as Party building work and issues related to gender equality and women's affairs. I also bring the voices of women's association members from the grassroots to this forum and hope that through this forum, we can exchange more practical opinions from the grassroots and, after this forum, quickly put the Party Congress Resolution into practice.
