Ninh Binh recruits more than 200 labor mediators

According to the Notice, candidates for the selection of labor mediators must meet the following criteria: Being a Vietnamese citizen, having full civil capacity as prescribed by the Civil Code, having good health and moral qualities; having a university degree or higher and having at least 3 years of working experience in a field related to labor relations; not being under criminal prosecution or having completed a sentence but not having had their criminal record cleared.

Selection method: Reviewing documents. Quota: 220 people. Appointment period: 5 years. Regarding the need for selection and appointment, it is distributed to the Department of Home Affairs and 129 communes and wards in the province (from 1 to 5 quotas).

The application documents include: Application for labor mediator; CV certified by competent authority; Health certificate issued by competent health authority according to regulations of the Ministry of Health ; Copy from original book, certified copy or copy presented with original for comparison of relevant diplomas and certificates; Letter of introduction to participate as labor mediator from relevant agencies and organizations (if any).

Time for receiving documents from the date of announcement to 5:00 p.m. on November 10, 2025. Location for receiving documents: Department of Culture and Social Affairs of communes and wards where the application is registered.

Regarding implementation: The People's Committees of communes and wards direct the Department of Culture and Society to carry out tasks according to the contents of Plan No. 112/KH-UBND dated October 22, 2025 of the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province on the selection and appointment of labor conciliators in Ninh Binh province in 2025.

Receive application documents of individuals who directly register or are introduced by state agencies, units, political organizations, socio-political organizations and other organizations within the application receipt period at Point c) Clause 4 of this Notice.

From November 11, 2025 to November 15, 2025: Review qualified people, synthesize and report to the Department of Home Affairs for appraisal.

For the Department of Home Affairs of Ninh Binh province, from November 16, 2025 to November 20, 2025: receive reports and appraise application documents sent by the Department of Culture and Social Affairs of communes and wards; select and make a list of appointed labor conciliators, submit to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and appointment.
