A proliferation of check-in spots attracts tourists.

Recently, with the development of social media, the concept of "check-in spots" is no longer unfamiliar, especially to young people. In Thai Nguyen, from charming little cafes to tea houses with a distinct midland character, these places have become sought-after check-in locations, contributing to the attractiveness of local tourism.

In the mornings, especially on weekend mornings, if you walk down alley 153 on Minh Cau Street, Phan Dinh Phung Ward, you'll easily spot young people lining up to take photos and videos at cafes like 7 AM, Ling Tea, or UrbanSip...

7 AM is just a small, charming wooden cafe, but it's quite appealing. The owner, Mr. Tran Trung Hieu, shared that from the very beginning, he aimed to create a space with its own unique character, not following the crowd.

From the lighting arrangement and furniture selection to every small decorative detail, everything is meticulously cared for. Each detail aims for minimalism yet sophistication, creating a feeling of intimacy while remaining unique. This attention to detail has made 7AM a familiar destination for many young people and numerous foreign tourists who come to check in and experience it.

Unlike the hustle and bustle of the city, nestled about ten kilometers from the center, a lush green coffee garden lies beside the Thai Nguyen - Cho Moi highway, in Son Cam residential area, Quan Trieu ward. Sanan Garden Coffee offers a completely different atmosphere.

Nguyen Thi Thu Trang's garden isn't elaborate in design, but it's delightful because of its natural, expansive beauty. Sitting here, you can look out at the tranquil lake, and in the distance, the vast fields... a peaceful scene amidst the hustle and bustle of modern life. Simple tables and chairs, small paths shaded by trees and flowers... become the ideal backdrop for photos that capture the essence of nature.

Ms. Trang said: "I have realized my dream of having a green living space and a quiet little cafe. Many people come back multiple times, bringing their friends. I don't do much advertising; it's mainly because customers check in and recommend it to each other."

While coffee shops offer a modern and youthful perspective, tea houses help Thai Nguyen assert its unique identity, something not every locality possesses.

At tea plantations like Hao Dat, Thai Sinh, Tien Yen, and many other locations in the Tan Cuong tea region, visitors come not only to take photos but also to gain a deeper understanding of tea culture. Amidst the lush green tea hills, visitors can pick tea leaves themselves, observe the processing procedures, and then enjoy a cup of tea with a hint of roasted rice aroma in a unique setting.

Many tourists shared that they came to the Thai Nguyen tea region because of the images shared online, but the actual experience was even more interesting than they imagined.

Visiting the Hao Dat tea plantation, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Lien Dai, a tourist from Hue City, said: "I brought a delegation to compete in the National Weightlifting and Athletics Championships for People with Disabilities held in Thai Nguyen, and I took the opportunity to visit the Tan Cuong tea region. It was just a chance encounter, but I really liked this place and hope to return someday."

Excited to visit, take photos, and check in at a tea hill shaped like an inverted bowl, Le Thuy Hien, a student from the University of Science - Thai Nguyen University, said: "I really love the tea hills of my hometown and often visit them whenever I have free time, then check in and share pictures with my friends so they know that Thai Nguyen has such beautiful green tea gardens like this."

In reality, the development of check-in spots in Thai Nguyen is creating a positive ripple effect. Each shared photo and uploaded video is not only a personal story but also an effective form of tourism promotion.
