Over the years, farmers' associations at all levels in the province have actively implemented the "All people unite to build a cultured way of life" movement, contributing to a significant transformation of the rural landscape.
Mr. Trieu Quang Huy, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, said: The province currently has over 107,800 Farmers' Association members, accounting for 97% of the total number of agricultural households. This is the core force in implementing the "All People Unite to Build a Culturally Rich Life" movement. To deepen the movement, the associations at all levels have innovated the content and methods of propaganda, promoting the leading role of members in each specific task.

A prime example of the movement's implementation is the focus on economic development, poverty reduction, and improving the living standards of farmers. Farmers' associations at all levels actively encourage their members to participate in the "Farmers Competing in Excellent Production and Business, Solidarity and Mutual Assistance for Poverty Reduction and Sustainable Wealth Creation" movement, and provide increased support in terms of capital, science, and technology. Currently, over 21,500 farmer households in the province have been provided with access to preferential loan sources totaling over 1,792 billion VND; from 2023 to the present, associations at all levels have coordinated and organized over 90 training courses on science and technology for over 4,200 farmers. Notably, the Farmers' Association has also proactively applied digital technology such as operating automatic irrigation systems, selling goods through social media, and bringing agricultural products to e-commerce platforms. Currently, over 21,000 agricultural products have been promoted and sold on digital platforms. By the end of 2025, the entire province will have 13,213 Farmers' Association households achieving the title of Excellent Production and Business at all levels, an increase of more than 2,840 households compared to 2023.
At the same time, the association actively mobilized its members to participate in building cultural institutions, protecting the environment, and beautifying rural areas. During the period 2023-2025, the association at all levels mobilized farmers to donate over 10,500 m² of land, contribute over 3.38 billion VND and more than 282,000 man-days of labor to build cultural centers, sports fields, and rural roads… Mr. Duong Van Duc, from Binh Thuong village, Vu Lang commune, said: “In 2023, when the commune officials informed us about expanding the sports field, I saw it as a common and beneficial project for the whole village, so my family decided to donate over 2,300 m² of land. Now, seeing the villagers have a shared sports field to practice and socialize together, I feel very happy.”
The cultural, artistic, and sports movements among the Farmers' Association are also developing strongly. Currently, the province has more than 800 arts clubs and nearly 690 sports clubs, attracting a large number of Farmers' Association members to participate. Mr. Hoang The Anh, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Na Sam commune and Chairman of the Farmers' Association of the commune, said: The entire commune currently has more than 1,900 Farmers' Association households, of which over 70% regularly participate in physical exercise and sports. In particular, all 34 villages in the commune have established arts and sports teams; maintaining regular activities and exchanges, and actively participating in serving cultural and artistic activities at the grassroots level.
In addition to the above, other aspects of the "National Unity for Building a Culturally Rich Life" movement have also been actively supported by the Farmers' Association, achieving many noteworthy results. Evidence of this includes 100% of villages and neighborhoods in the province incorporating specific regulations on weddings, funerals, and festivals into their community agreements for the Farmers' Association to follow; and 100% of Farmers' Association members receiving information and guidance on the Party's policies and the State's laws and regulations.
The proactive and coordinated implementation of measures by all levels of the Farmers' Association has contributed to the development and deepening of the "All People Unite to Build a Culturally Advanced Life" movement in the province. By the end of 2025, the associations at all levels had helped 221 farmer households escape poverty; 75,384 member households achieved the status of culturally advanced farmer families (accounting for 70% of the total number of farmer households and nearly 43% of the culturally advanced families in the province). This affirms the leading and core role of farmers in economic development, building a culturally advanced life, and strengthening solidarity at the grassroots level.
